Now im going to have trouble with this one. I ordered it as even the descrption on the site was all in another language, Bavarian it seems. Here goes nothing. Tonight we have Leo Weisse from Maxlrainer brewery standing at 5%.
The second I took of the cap my brain pushed my face away from the bottle and went ‘Thats a wheat beer!’ took me by surprise. But the aroma is quite refreshing and this is a strange thing to say as the main aroma is yeast, I find the aroma to have a lot of depth. I didnt get bored of the smell the whole time drinking it. While the taste is borderline like every wheat beer that I have had before, Im still finding it remarkable addictive and am enjoying it. It has a little more carbonation than the previous two beers, not its not intrusive of the taste and still glides down easily enough. Will mention that the aftertaste is somewhat…. perfumey, it is quite strong and stays with you for quite a long time. Which I really liked but maybe not to everyones tastes.
Quite a pleasant lil beer tonight. Certainly a different beer from what I normally find myself consuming. Especially while watching Cry’s Parasite Eve stream.
