Here we have Abt 12 from St. Bernardus brewery standing at 10%.
Right lets get stuck into this one. The aroma is quite fruity, quite hay like and very fermented. The taste is quite like a lot of drinks I have had before to be honest. I am having trouble pulling out a lot of the flavours. It is spicy, fruity, like dried plum and that fermented taste is the main act.
The texture is smooth, not silky smooth, quite thin though and not clingy really. The aftertaste is mainly a little bit of alcohol strenth at the back of the throat.
By no means a bad drink, just nothing new, nothing exciting for me would be putting in better.
