Say hello hello to Cutthroat Porter from Odell Brewing standing at 5%

Will say right now that it is going to take me a few bottles til I get some sort of flow going, for remembering how to write properly and how to define just the I am smelling and tasting.

On that note this beer has a pleasant heavy smell, a typical porter with nothing else stand alone, I find a coffe aroma minimal though. Can say that it has a nice and expected dark dark colour. While the texture is smooth, but im finding something, maybe the slight carbonation a little intrusive. The taste on the other hand is very plesant, the level of bitterness is just right and doesnt build on the tongue after a while. If anything the aftertaste keeps you wanting more. It also ends on the slightest of smoky notes and I mean the slightness.

Overall a pleasant (third time I’ve used this word now) drink. Would I drink another if offered? Yes. By no means is it amazing or special but certainly drinkable. Does what it say on the tin basically
