Tonight we have Seef. Seriously that is all was on the site I bought it from and on the invoice haha. But it is brought to us from Antwerpse Brewery standing at 6.5%
I will admit that I have never had a bottle with intructions before. Had to pour two thirds of the glass, swirl the bottle somewhat and then finish pouring the last third. It went a lovely clear blonde to a murky hay blonde. Hope you like yeasty hay like drinks as that is what you get with this. With added sourness and a little lemony citrus like taste. A somewhat watery taste and finish as well. Smooth and clean finish too. The aroma is yeasty bread making, with sour notes. Guess the word floral should be in this post as well.
This is the style of drink where you take a big glup only to realise that you have hardly made a dent in it, it just wont go away. You can kind of guess that this isnt my kind of drink. If you have had a Hoegaarden then you have had this.
