Tonight we have St Feuillien Cuvee de Noel, from St Feuillien Brewery funnily enough, standing at 9%
Can straight away say that this has way more carbonation than the previous ones so far, which I am not too fond of, feels like its intruding on flavours. Though the light spice comes through and heres a new word for me on this blog, I find this drink herby. Not sure if want. But there is also some fruit notes to enjoy, not like plum but something else (after realising the cherry smell I got it). Also a little sour, along side some subtle subtle bittereness. The aroma has a wedge of clove, spice and a deviation of cherry. The finish is actually nice, the fruits dissipate and leave a nice bit of spice.
