This beer is confusing!

Lets try to find out just what we have tonight, there is nothing else on the bottle. Righto, we have Edelstoff from Augustiner-Braeu standing at 5.6%. One of the many reasons I’m so confused by this one, its more like juice than a beer, near zero carbonation so maybe sparkling would be a bettter term for this one. Plus it had pretty much one aroma, a light fruity vinegar. The taste is just the right level of sour for me (sour is not my jam), light light hops and watery apple. After taste is very mellow apple like sourness. Very light texture, its there and gone. The colour is pretty ace though. Theres nothing wrong with this beer, but that is my issue, I dont think I would let anyone try this without warning them of the extreme plainness it possesses.
