Today’s beer is Sail Ale from The Rebel Brewing Company at 4%. It has notes on the side of the bottle indicated by an eye, a nose and a mouth. Most are accurate, the colour is straw and golden, the smell is citrus but I didn’t notice the grass they mentioned. However when we come to the taste, it is clean like it states but the melon and citrus isn’t there like you would expect. Its a far lighter taste. Combined with a low level of cat (see earlier post) and its pleasent and drinkable, but without anything noteworthy.
