Tonight we have Brigid Fire from The Celt Experience. It’s a Smoked Rye IPA at 6.2%. I quite like this one. The tasted changed a little while I was drinking it. As I got further through it, there began to be hints of spice. The smoked flavour is present but not overpowering which is nice. Low fizz means its also an easy drinker.
The details on the bottle mentions pine, but I din’t notice that. It also recommends BBQ ribs as a partner which I think would make an interesting combination.
