Here we have Jambe-de-bois from De la senne brewery standing at 8%. Think I’ve had a few Triple’s this time around. As you can see the colour is a murky blonde and keeps a decent head. Aroma wise it is yeasty, some malt, alcohol and a zest of a fruit, an orange after another whiff. Taste also has those characteristics but the fruitiness of it dies down and its becomes more bitter, which is actually quite nice. The aftertaste is equally building on the bitter side and leaves you wanting more. The glass is emptying quite faster than I realised, so its quite drinkable too.
