Tonight we have Boston Beech from Freedom Brewery. It’s a red beer and i’m not too familiar with that type so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The label states “an American red beer with a roasted malt & cinder toffee aroma”.
I know I wouldn’t notice a roasted malt if it smacked me in the face but I really don’t notice a toffee in this. I wish I could place the taste as its quite nice. There is a lingering taste which leaves you wanting more.
