This is very hard to write about. It is disappearing to quickly. So while I can, this is Benno from Stift brewery standing at 6.9%. Aroma of traps, trappistness that is, malty, yeast but not bread like, burnt sugar, alcohol and off hay. Taste is very malty, sweet bread and light caramel. The 6.9% is not hidden in any way, its a nice smack of strength while drinking. The carbonation is just right and leaves you with a fizz during the aftertaste.
A beer to put hair on your chest and feel powerful. (Plus I’m sure I ordered this one as it is one letter off from being called Tenno, aka I am Warframe fanboy)
Ha just poured the last of it into the glass and noticed lumps. Hmmmm its bottle conditioned/fermented, dam you brain not reading the label properly 🙂
