Up next is Grapefruit IPA from Tailgate Beer, who are based in Nashville, Tennessee. As Punk IPA is one of my favourite beers, anytime I see a citrus beer, I go for it.
Unsurprisingly, there is a citrus smell to this one, mostly orange (which I don’t see listed on the back of the can, so I’m great at this). The taste is clean, though not much too it. As I have gotten further through, there is a deeper taste, though I can’t fully place it. The back of the can lists lemon, grass, mango and grapefruit.
Would have it again and would be interested to try a draft version (if there is one).
