Wasnt even aware of a UK made absinthe. Here we have Original Manchester Absinthe standing at 65%. Hmm two days running having an absinthe that basically doesnt louche… hmmm. Has a pleasant aroma of spices, even a bit of mint. Very thin, quick and clean mouthfeel. A pleasant taste of light spices and something sweet. Oh and by the way,
It doesnt taste like an absinthe. Nor acts like one. No stand out flavours. No aniseed. Just what happened here? Luckily I’m listening to Infected Mushroom to cheer me up
