Yesterday was overflowing, today is sediment. Lots of sediment. I ended up using a coffee filter on it. Not something you do every day. Up today is Domino Topple. A mosaic IPA from Pressure Drop in London.
The back of the bottle mentions using the mosaic hop as it packs a fruity punch. The beer smells of mango so the hop is doing its job. There is a sourness to the taste I wasn’t expecting based on the sweet smell. There is a light fruitiness to the taste but not much else.
Another note, it’s also a fairly strong one at 7.2%.
