This one is a strange one, Babylone from Anders Brewery standing at 7%. It seems to be a project using older bread techniques mixed with new techniques (could be a little wrong though). But whatever project it was, it was a success. The aroma is spicy, fruity, yeasty with hints of dough. Taste is sweetly spicy, very bready, touch of darker fruits, hoppy with enough bitter to keep you interested. Very nicely complex and balanced. Texture is just lighter than medium, with low carbonation and a watery but cleansing. And you can feel the alcoholic strength at the end. Bravo beer, bravo brewery.

Tonight tonight we have Cloudwater Autumn range IPA from Cloudwater Brewery standing at 6.6%. This one will be short and sweet. The colour is clear orange. The aroma is orange zest. While the taste is orange mixed with orange zest. Thankfully the texture isn’t orange like, it is more medium carbonated and very clean to drink and has a clean bitter aftertaste.
Okay fine theres a bit more. The alcohol is present but well hidden. At a push I could also say hints of bitter grapefruit exist, lemon zest also makes an appearance between the orange. Also finally placed the slightest of herby floral aroma mixed in.
