This morning we have Noire de Slack from 2 caps/Noyon brewery standing at 5.4%

Ryan had this drink with Cheesy chips, tarts and stollen.

First of all it was way more carbonated than what we just had, the thirteenth, which I found intrusive to the flavours, which were few and far between. And still havent been offered any stollen. Plus a very watery texture and finish. The only tastes I really get are malt, bitter burnt something and unadventure. Given its average percentage you can really smell the alcohol…. and burning

The aroma makes you think, this is going to be a bad drink, but its just okay, a bit different but completely uninteresting. You see the name and hope for the best. A stout.
