Hahahahahaaaa now I picked this one as I saw the picture of the fish and absolutely zero description. So tonight, I think, we have Frankisch Dunkles Lagerbier from Muhlenbrau Brewery standing at 4.8%.

Another awesome bottle top as well, love these even if they do spray a mist over you when you open them. I couldn’t place the main aroma (brain knew what it was but couldn’t get the words out) until I tasted it. Dark treacle! Is the main aroma and taste for me. Other aroma’s involved are malty and slightly bread like. Other tastes that occured to my brain are nuts, perhaps roasted nuts, with a slight slight sweetness. The texture is a first for me, it’s medium, it’s not heavy and clingy nor light and clean. I would even say that it is somehow not smooth either. Also note the completely different aftertaste at the back of the throat thats quite addictive.

I am thoughly intrigued of this one. Well done random fish, you have done me well.
