This is one of the most simple beers I have ever had, yet I can find no wrong with it. Here we have Witkap pater stimulo from Slaghmuylder brewery standing at 6%. There’s not much aroma to it. Just yeast and citrus. The taste is a little sweet, a little bitter, a little watery, a little yeasty with a dash of fruits. Texture is also watery and very low carbonation indeed. And yet I am enjoying this beer.

Its like water flavoured with beer but I mean that in a good way.
